Feather Duster Wand – Silly Billy
An ordinary 9″ wand instantly changes into a feather duster! Hand the wand to your assistant. Then say, “Everyone is watching you, so you need to look your best.” Retrieve wand, change it instantly to a feather duster, and begin to dust him off. Then tickle him under his arm.
