Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not been shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation will not be possible.
Due to the nature of magic props and secret methods involved, returns and refunds are generally not accepted unless the product received is damaged or defective.
